Members are Free

Members can bring their clients for $25 per person
for the first 2 end-users then $10 thereafter. 

All End-users must be accompanied by the PPAF member and will be listed under the member company on their name badge.

Non-members are $65 if registered by July 1, 2025. After that the registration fee is $79.

    NEW LOCATION:
    Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort

    We have moved the PPAF EXPO to the Hyatt Grand Cypress Resort to allow for all exhibits to be in one ballroom. 

    Get the most out of your experience of PPAF EXPO and stay onsite
    to meet distributors at the bar or grab a coffee.

    We are strongly encouraging all suppliers and multi-line reps
    to stay at the hotel.

    We have worked it out with the hotel to get a
    discounted rate for the 3 days surrounding the EXPO.

    Discount Rate is $185.00/per night -
    Discounted Resort Fee from $49 to $10
