We have moved the PPAF EXPO to the Hyatt Grand Cypress Resort to allow for all exhibits to be in one ballroom. 

Get the most out of your experience of PPAF EXPO and stay onsite
to meet distributors at the bar or grab a coffee.

We are strongly encouraging all suppliers and multi-line reps
to stay at the hotel.

Discount Rate is $175.00/per night + the resort fee of $15.

Discounted Resort Fee from $49 to $15 

Parking is $10 if you stay at the hotel reduced from $37 per day.

Exhibitors driving in from another hotel parking is $15 per day.

Reservation Link will be included in your email confirmation. 
Deadline to get the discounted rate is August 6, 2026

Unauthorized hotel/travel solicitations and offers of visitor/attendee lists are continuing to be sent to many of our attendees, sponsors and exhibitors.

These solicitations ARE NOT associated with PPAF. We do not recommend entering into financial agreement with any of these vendors as they have NO ASSOCIATION with the event or approval to represent themselves as such. They are not endorsed by or affiliated with PPAF. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies may have costly consequences.

Please note that the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is the only official hotel provider associated with PPAF. They will not solicit attendees to make their reservations as we do not give out any pre-event list. You can find the direct link for reservations above.

Beware of Unauthorized Attendee List Solicitations

Please note that PPAF does not provide our attendee list. Attendee information is NOT SHARED if attendees choose the DO NOT OPT-IN option to share their information. PPAF does not sell attendee or exhibitor contact information to anyone.


EXHIBIT FLOOR PLAN (as of June 9)

$1050: March 31 - June 30, 2026 (additional booths $1000 ea.)
$1250: July 1- August 24, 2026 (additional booths $1200 ea.)

To receive the prices listed above payment must be received by the date stated.

Exhibits include:

  • 10x10 booth
  • One 8' table 
  • 2 chairs and a wastebasket
  • Each booth comes with 2 rep tickets. Each additional rep is $99 per person, with a max of 4 reps per 10x10 booth.



PPAF is thrilled to have Arata Expositions serve as our exhibit service company. They are exceptional professionals and wonderful customer service and we are looking forward to once again partnering with them.

All exhibitors will be emailed the exhibitor kit. It will be coming from Arata,
so please be on the lookout for it and check your spam folder for it.

Be sure to have any items that need to be shipped must arrive at the warehouse by August 7. 

After this date the price will include late fees.

Virtual Show Program

Add value for Distributors Attending EPXO

PPAF is offering a FREE one page ad to be included in the our  virtual show catalog for every registered exhibitor. We will be emailing the link to registered attendees the week of the show.

    Requirements:

  • PDF in Portrait format with 300dpi (no crop or printer marks)
  • Size  8.5" x 11" portrait format
  • Include a special benefit of stopping by your booth
  • Must be submitted by July 31.
