We have moved the PPAF EXPO to the DoubleTree by Hilton for this year. It will provide an easier access to load in and out for the show, plus the room rate has been lowered.

Get the most out of your experience of PPAF EXPO and stay onsite
to meet distributors at the bar or grab a coffee.

We are strongly encouraging all suppliers and multi-line reps
to stay at the hotel.

We have worked it out with the hotel to get a
discounted rate for the 3 days surrounding the EXPO.

Discount Rate is $109.00/per night - NO Resort Fee

Late Registration $990 : June 1- August 18
First-time Company Exhibitor (will be verified) $1,075 (this fee includes membership with PPAF which is required):  June 1- August 18

• 10x10 booth
• One 6' table (additional tables can be purchased for $75/per table)
• 2 chairs and a wastebasket
• Each booth comes with 2 rep tickets. Each additional rep is $79 per person, with a max of 4 reps per 10x10 booth.

Set-up is on Wednesday, August 21 from 9am to 4pm. Like last year, suppliers can pull up to the back of the conference center and

PPAF is thrilled to have Arata Expositions serve as our exhibit service company. They are exceptional professionals and wonderful customer service and we are looking forward to once again partnering with them.

All exhibitors will be emailed the exhibitor kit. It will be coming from Arata,
so please be on the lookout for it and check your spam folder for it.

Be sure to have any items that need to be shipped must arrive at the warehouse by Friday, August 9. 

After this date the price will include late fees.

 Our Holiday Showcase. This add-on option is for suppliers to showcase one premier product that would be great for the holiday gifting season. We will have a table showcasing the item along with signage that will include a QR code that links back to the item on the supplier's website as well as a QR Code for the entire holiday gifting section.

This will take place during our a networking reception.
Space is limited with only 5 more slots available.

Virtual Show Catalog

This year we are allowing those who exhibit to include a show special ad for our virtual show catalog. Our show catalog will be sent to attendees prior to the event with the exhibit hall layout and list of exhibitors.

One free ad is included, but additional pages can be purchased.
