Members are Free

Members can bring their clients for FREE this year!
Membership must be current with dues.

All End-users must be accompanied by the PPAF member and will be listed under the member company on their name badge.

Deadline to register END-USERS is Friday, August 21.
Members can purchase discounted parking tickets
(parking has been discounted from $37 down to $12 per day pre-purchased. At the door cost is $15), but refunds will not be given if the client doesn't show up. 

Non-members wanting to attend is $65, you are able to register to attend networking events for a small fee.

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort

We have moved the PPAF EXPO to the Hyatt Grand Cypress Resort to allow for all exhibits to be in one ballroom. 

Get the most out of your experience of PPAF EXPO and stay onsite
to meet other distributors and, of course, suppliers,
at the bar or grab a coffee.

We are strongly encouraging all suppliers and multi-line reps
to stay at the hotel.

We have worked it out with the hotel to get a
discounted rate for the 3 days surrounding the EXPO.

Discount Rate is $190.00/per night -
Discounted Resort Fee from $49 to $10 is included in the above.

Parking is $12 reduced from $37 per day.

Reservation Link will be included in your email confirmation.
However, the reservation link from the hotel is not open until the 1st quarter of 2026.

Deadline to get the discounted rate is August 6, 2026

PPAF does not have ANY contract with a housing or travel company. Any emails you receive regarding this should be treated as spam. PPAF does not sell our attendee list or give it out.

Unauthorized hotel/travel solicitations and offers of visitor/attendee lists are continuing to be sent to many of our attendees, sponsors and exhibitors.

These solicitations ARE NOT associated with PPAF. We do not recommend entering into financial agreement with any of these vendors as they have NO ASSOCIATION with the event or approval to represent themselves as such. They are not endorsed by or affiliated with PPAF. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies may have costly consequences.
