Base fee:
  • You MUST be a member of PPAF in order to exhibit. Each booth includes 10x10 booth, 8' table, 2 chairs, and waste basket. Each Booth comes with 2 rep tickets and each additional rep is $99 per person.
  • If you have never exhibited at the PPAF EXPO, come try us out at a discounted rate.
    Membership for new exhibitors is INCLUDED WITH FEE. All exhibitors must be members of PPAF.

We are anticipating another great turnout with over 350 distributors. 

As always exhibitors select their booth location

based on when registration is paid in full and received.


Registration Cost:

 $850 : Dec. 1 - March 31 (additional booths $800 ea.)

 $1050 : April 1- June 30 (additional booths $1000 ea.)

$1250 : July 1- Aug. 24 (additional booths $1200 ea.)

Are you a first time exhibitor in the promo industry?

First-time Company Exhibitor (will be verified) $1,125 (this fee includes membership with PPAF which is required)


Exhibits include:

  • 10x10 booth
  • One 8' table 
  • 2 chairs and a wastebasket
  • Each booth comes with 2 rep tickets. Each additional rep is $99 per person, with a max of 4 reps per 10x10 booth.

   Terms and Conditions:

CODE OF CONDUCT:  Exhibitors are required to read all information sent in regards to the PPAF EXPO from PPAF and our selected exhibit service company. Exhibitors are expected to setup during designated hours only. Propping the doors open at any time is not allowed. Any exhibitors seen in the ballroom outside the set times will be asked to leave and if they do not comply immediately, security will be called and they will be escorted from the venue. Their products and displays will be shipped to them after the event at the exhibitors expense. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to understand and follow deadlines for when shipments are due and what is required for them on-site. This information is provided in the exhibitor kit sent by Arata Exhibit Services. Additionally, all exhibitors and their team members are expected to use common courtesy that includes, but not limited to being: respectful, kind, and non-threatening to staff, board, participants, or event staff. If the behavior is viewed as to not meet these standards the exhibitor and all team members will be asked to leave the event and their product will be shipped to them at the end of the show at the exhibitors expense. 

Refunds will be given until July 1, 2026 minus a service fee of $200.  After July 1, 2026, no refunds will be given. Each Booth comes with 2 rep tickets and each additional rep is $99 per person. Exhibitor’s table space may not be re-sold, transferred or assigned. Only the company completing the front of this form may show the products it sells to distributors in your space. You may only exhibit your products and services. You agree that Show in its sole discretion will assign you your space. You agree that PPAF in its sole discretion may change your assigned space at any time. Solicitation of employees/consultants/contractors during the PPAF EXPO hours is prohibited. Your display must be for the sole purpose of promoting Your supplier business. *There is a 3% service fee added to pay online.

INSURANCE: You are completely and solely responsible for Your table space, the materials that You ship to and from the show, and the material in your space whether shipped by Show or a Third-party. Consequently, You should have appropriate insurance. The PPAF EXPO reserves the rights to reject, eject, or prohibit any exhibit in whole or part, with or without giving cause. Show liability for rejection without giving cause shall be limited to a refund to You of the amount of fees unearned at the time of ejection. However, if You or Your exhibit is ejected for violation of these rules or any other stated reason (with cause), no return of fees will be made.
