Base fee:
  • You MUST be a member of PPAF in order to exhibit. Each booth includes 10x10 booth, 6' table, 2 chairs, and waste basket. Each Booth comes with 2 rep tickets and each additional rep is $79 per person.
  • If you have never exhibited at the PPAF EXPO, come try us out at a discounted rate. Each Booth comes with 2 rep tickets and each additional rep is $79 per person.
    We know once you participate once, you will want to come back next year. Membership for new exhibitors is INCLUDED WITH FEE. All exhibitors must be members of PPAF.

REGISTRATION OPENS JANUARY 1, 2024

PPAF Expo is known as the premier event in Florida for distributors. We are excited that the 2024 PPAF EXPO will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton at SeaWorld.

We are anticipating another great turnout with over 400 distributors. There are new opportunities this year to achieve the highest visibility. Exhibitors can choose to participate in the Holiday Showcase as well as select the option to be located in a prime area.

New component: We are reorganizing the booth area to provide more space and some fun components. So be sure to sign-up for the prime location add on (limited to first 10 sign-ups).

As always exhibitors select their booth location
based on when registration is
paid in full and received.

Early Bird Registration ($790): January 1- March 31

Regular Rate ($890): April 1 - May 31

Late Registration ($990) Deadline: June 1- August 18

To receive the prices listed above
payment must be received
by the date stated.

Exhibits include:

  • 10x10 booth
  • One 6' table (additional tables can be purchased for $75/per table)
  • 2 chairs and a wastebasket
  • Each booth comes with 2 rep tickets. Each additional rep is $79 per person, with a max of 4 reps per 10x10 booth.

   Terms and Conditions: Refunds will be given until August 1, 2023 minus a service fee of $200.  After August 1, 2023, no refunds will be given. Each Booth comes with 2 rep tickets and each additional rep is $79 per person. Exhibitor’s table space may not be re-sold, transferred or assigned. Only the company completing the front of this form may show the products it sells to distributors in your space. You may only exhibit your products and services. You agree that Show in its sole discretion will assign you your space. You agree that PPAF in its sole discretion may change your assigned space at any time. Solicitation of employees/consultants/contractors during the PPAF EXPO hours is prohibited. Your display must be for the sole purpose of promoting Your supplier business. 
*There is a 3% service fee added to pay online.

INSURANCE: You are completely and solely responsible for Your table space, the materials that You ship to and from the show, and the material in your space whether shipped by Show or a Third-party. Consequently, You should have appropriate insurance. The PPAF EXPO reserves the rights to reject, eject, or prohibit any exhibit in whole or part, with or without giving cause. Show liability for rejection without giving cause shall be limited to a refund to You of the amount of fees unearned at the time of ejection. However, if You or Your exhibit is ejected for violation of these rules or any other stated reason (with cause), no return of fees will be made.
