Team IP, the largest souvenir merchandiser and promotional company in the nation for amateur athletics, is going to double in sales and size from 2019 to 2021. I need that special someone to provide top notch service to our clients by offering them the best promotional products for their needs, and create a seamless, enjoyable and professional experience for our clients from when they first engage us on a marketing project, all the way through production to on-time delivery of their merchandise. You will be the main engine that keeps our train on its track each day.
Job tasks include: - Developing relationships with clients and sales team. Involvement during prospecting & proposal process to oversee production logistics. Sourcing the perfect products for a client. Accurately calculating pricing. Managing ongoing and pop-up web stores. Creating quotes and presentations to wow our customers. Creating & sending purchase orders to suppliers. Close communication with suppliers to oversee orders throughout production. Close communication with clients and sales team to provide status updates and manage orders. Fielding questions and requests from clients on in-house orders. Coordinating order details, proofs, production schedules, shipping methods/timing, and delivery schedules between suppliers and our clients. Problem solving when issues/delays arise during production. The position entails customer service, vendor relations, and working with unique and custom orders and budgets.
Best qualified candidates will: Be organized, detail oriented, smart, able to prioritize various tasks, and thrive under deadlines. Have strong organizational skills. Be independent and proactive, but also a team player. Have at least 2 YEARS ASI/PPAI experience with SAGE or ESP experience a plus . Communicate well w/ team members and clients through phone, email, video, and in person. Not afraid of technology. Work well in a very collaborative culture. Provide outstanding customer service not only to our customers but also to our sales force. Able to attend meetings and trade shows as needed.
