Members are Free

Members can bring their clients for $25 per person for the first 2 end-users then $10 thereafter. 
All End-users must be accompanied by the PPAF member and will be listed under the member company on their name badge.

Non-members are $65 if registered by July 1, 2024. After that the registration fee is $79.

        5pm - 6:30 pm         Holiday Showcase
                                            Networking Reception

A new spin on a great tradition. During our networking reception we will have a Holiday Showcase of gifting ideas to preview. Come join us for fun, cocktails, and get those holiday orders started. Items from EXPO Idea Idol will also be on display.

    We have moved the PPAF EXPO to the DoubleTree by Hilton for this year. It will provide an easier access to load in and out for the show, plus the room rate has been lowered.

    Get the most out of your experience of PPAF EXPO and stay onsite
    to meet distributors at the bar or grab a coffee.

    We are strongly encouraging all suppliers and multi-line reps
    to stay at the hotel.

    We have worked it out with the hotel to get a
    discounted rate for the 3 days surrounding the EXPO.

    Discount Rate is $109.00/per night - NO Resort Fee
