2026 Sunshine Showcase - Suppliers

Join PPAF for our roadshow. Our membership is growing and  we want to connect with members across the state. 

Special Twist for Tampa Event: PPAF SHARK TANK.  Each supplier will be given 2 minutes to showcase one product to attendees. At the end of the presentations, distributors will vote on the best product put forth. 

Our version of Shark Tank will take place from 10am to 10:40am. Then the rest of the show will be a normal tabletop show. Again, just at the Tampa show.

Space is limited. Sign-up for this tabletop display mini-show. 

PRIORITY IS GIVEN TO SUPPLIERS WHO ARE FULLY PAID. Layout in ballroom will be based on first-come first-served based on when payment is received - not registration.

Exhibiting includes:

* If you are an apparel company, please note an apparel rack counts as a table, so we will remove the table. There isn't enough space for a table and apparel rack. 

Terms and Conditions:

CODE OF CONDUCT:  Exhibitors are required to read all information sent in regards to the PPAF EXPO from PPAF and our selected exhibit service company. Exhibitors are expected to setup during designated hours only. Propping the doors open at any time is not allowed. Any exhibitors seen in the ballroom outside the set times will be asked to leave and if they do not comply immediately, security will be called and they will be escorted from the venue. Their products and displays will be shipped to them after the event at the exhibitors expense. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to understand and follow deadlines for when shipments are due and what is required for them on-site. This information is provided in the exhibitor kit sent by Arata Exhibit Services. Additionally, all exhibitors and their team members are expected to use common courtesy that includes, but not limited to being: respectful, kind, and non-threatening to staff, board, participants, or event staff. If the behavior is viewed as to not meet these standards the exhibitor and all team members will be asked to leave the event and their product will be shipped to them at the end of the show at the exhibitors expense.
